Gap Analysis

The starting point for any response to BS 8901 is to complete a gap analysis against the standard. This will not only identify where you currently have gaps but also where you have robust systems already in place which could be modified to meet the needs of the standard.

We can conduct this gap analysis for you and use this to develop a detailed action plan and road map to help you on your way to meeting the requirements of BS 8901.

The gap analysis would involve interviews with key personnel, a review of documentation and if appropriate, physical inspection of your organisation in action. The gap analysis would require 1 to 3 days to complete depending on the complexity and scale of your organisation
