You will need to ensure that top management take overall responsibility and that a competent management representative is appointed. You will need to ensure (and be able to demonstrate) that “appropriate” resources have been allocated to achieve the sustainable event objectives. You will need to ensure that relevant employees are trained or instructed in the sustainable event management system in relation to their responsibilities.
